REGISTRATION

            All buyers are required to register on the site to submit orders. By registering you are gaining access to all represented designer collections, discount specials, viewing of all webisode series, and Buyer Benefits. Registering opens an account with Saints + Sirens Showroom.com that only you may access. Your account is retrieved by using your email address and a password of your choice.

How do I register?

           Click “Buyer Registration” in the top right corner of the home page. Then a screen will prompt you with a brief series of informational questions. After completing the questions, click “SUBMIT”, and Saints + Sirens Showroom.com will get back to you within 24 hours of reviewing your registration application. Once the application has been accepted and approved you will receive an email to create a password to begin shopping on the site!!

What if I forget my password?

           If you forget your password, click the “forgot password?” link, and it will walk you through the process, then email you your password, and give you the opportunity to create a new one if you want.

How do I change “My Account” information?

           To change any store information (i.e shipping address, billing address, email address, etc), while in your account page click on “Account Settings” and you will be able to update/ change any information and save.

DIGITAL GIRLS

        Saints + Sirens.com Showroom has launched a new style platform from Business and Fashion professional, Krystyna Schexnayder. The digital girls are extensions of Owner  Krystyna Schexnayder and various guest style contributors. These “Digital girls” are special guests who will occasionally introduce viewers to current trends , update them on new collections, events and any informative industry news. Saints + Sirens.com Showroom is fusing together and capturing the online fashion experience with revolutionary technology and bringing it to buyers in a fabulous way!

        No more mundane, and boring “email blasts”.  Now, instead buyers can anticipate weekly webisodes of some of the best contemporary styles and expert picks from Schexnayder and the Saints + Sirens fashion team. This will truly change the dynamic of the showroom-buyer relationship. The webisodes will allow buyers to also see where the showroom’s merchandise fits into the trends of the industry as a whole, and detail the important product features instead of simply looking at one-dimensional images of products.”

SHOPPING ONLINE

          Once Logged into “My Account”, you are now able to navigate the site. You will be able to view every collection represented by the showroom, and submit actual orders onto a purchase order form. Once you have added all of the items to your purchase order(s), you will have the option of changing quantities, and checking zip code area availabilities. Then when you have reviewed your order, click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page, and a sales representative will contact you to confirm a delivery date. If you are not yet ready to order at that particular moment there is a “My Favorites” section in your account that allows you to add the designers that you like, and you can revisit them another time for purchasing.

           While in the “My Account” section, you will be able to monitor all of your past, current, and pending orders with Saints + Sirens Showroom.com, in addition to track all of your pending orders with secure, encrypted links to UPS, FedEX and DHL.

What is “Check Availibilities (zip code)”?

           Before adding items to your purchase order you have the option to check to make sure no other store(s) in your area (within a 0.8 mile radius) is also currently carrying that item.

Where can I find sizing information?

          There will be a sizing chart available for your review next to every item when a size applies. Sizing will vary between brands. Please only use this chart as a general guide, to best fit your size desires. If you need assistance selecting the proper sizes, please feel free to contact any sales representative.

What payment methods are accepted?

          Each designers accepted payment methods vary. Although for all first orders we require payment via any major credit card. For international orders, we accept wire transfer. Please contact us for additional inquiries regarding payment.

What collections are represented on Saints + Sirens Showroom.com?

To view designers represented, please simply click on “Designer Index”, and a drop down list in alphabetical order will display all collections.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

        Before returning any merchandise, you must be approved with an RA number (Return Authorization). Once you have been approved with an RA number, you will then be advised as to the address to send the returning product to.  We will not accept any unauthorized merchandise. Returns & Exchange regulations vary based on the designer and time restrictions apply.

Privacy

          All information used on this site is insured and guaranteed, and not shared or cross marketed with any other organizations. We take extensive measures to protect your anonymity. Saints + Sirens Showroom does reserve the right to disclose your username, name, address, email, and other personal information at our sole discretion, as we believe necessary or appropriate in connection with any investigation for fraud, intellectual property infringement, piracy, or other illegal activity as well as dispute resolution and enforcement of our Terms and Conditions. We will retain in our files information that you have requested to remove in some circumstances, such as to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our User Agreement. Further, such prior information is never completely removed from our databases due to technical constraints and the fact that we back up our systems. Therefore, you should not expect that all of your personal information will be completely removed from our databases in response to your requests.

          Due to the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personal information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. By way of example (without limiting the foregoing), we may be forced to disclose information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications.            Saints + Sirens Showroom wants to provide you with an efficient, easy-to-use, customized service. For this reason, we collect some personal information from you, but we try to keep the information that we collect to an absolute minimum. When you register with Saints + Sirens Showroom, we ask for your email address, and we require you to choose a password for use on our site. We also ask for your mailing address and phone number. We use your contact information from the registration form to send you necessary information about Saints + Sirens Showroom.

         All credit card information is securely safe guarded and protected and will not be charged without notice. We will notify you of the charge when applicable. When submitting orders through the Saints + Sirens Showroom you give us permission to charge your credit card, even without your response to our notification.
